Teams are invited to use the online form to submit their match results to the League Reports Administrator by completing the required fields - click on the submit button when you have finished.
Please ensure that you keep your report to a minimum (suggested 3 sentences) and write it in a sporting manner without any criticism. Reports will be edited if necessary.
Reports must be received no later than 7pm on Sundays to ensure submission to the Swindon Advertiser for inclusion into Grass Roots on a Tuesday.
