Use this online form to inform of or to request the postponement of a match in accordance with League Rule 10F.
This form must be used to advise the League if a match is called off due to inclement weather, unplayable pitches, illness etc. Emails or telephone calls will not suffice to formally advise of posponement.
Failure to notify the League Fixtures & Cups Secretaries of any postponement may result in the match being awarded to the opposition.
THE DECISION TO POSTPONE A MATCH AUTOMATICALLY DEEMS THE CLUB RESPONSIBLE AND WILL BE CHARGED WITH A BREACH OF RULE 10(F). THE LEAGUE WILL TAKE ACTION, AS THEY CONSIDER APPROPRIATE.
