ALAN LLOYD

I gladly accepted the chance to manage and coach the under 12"s rep squad after being handed the reins by the former manager.

Football has been in my blood since i was a young boy. I started playing football at school and played most of my junior football for Sarsen Colts in Swindon. I played my adult football at a few clubs two being Dolphin FC and Westborne FC.

I now am part of Cirencester Town FC with a place on the commitee and for the last three years I have been coaching the CTFC under 12s side managed by fellow rep team manager Julian Thompson.
I am a qualified FA Level 1 and Level 2 coach and I have achieved all the relevant child protection and first aid qualifactions and am CRB and CRC checked.

My main aim is hopefully bring youth players into a good standard of football and whilst gaining confidence and enjoyment along the way.

STEVE TELLING

It is a privilege and an honour to joint manage the under 12s representative squad.

I have been involved with football for 38 years.  Starting out as a young player for my school and local team.  At the age of 13 I had trials for Swindon Town FC.

In my early 20s I played semi-professional football for Swindon Supermarine and Chippenham Town FC.

For the past 7 years I have been involved with Lydiard Youth as a coach and assistant manager.

I get my motivation from young players enjoying their football and developing into better players.
