MIKE JOSE
Throughout my adult life I have been involved in football in either a playing, management or coaching capacity.
Whilst in the Royal Air Force I captained my squadron team over a period of five years'. During this period of time I also qualified as as a referee. Later whilst training to be a teacher I also played and captained my college team. Later I played for the Hreod Parkway staff team until knee injuries ended my playing involvement.
Afterwards I managed school teams until the 2000/2001 season when I was priviledged to be invited to manage the Under 11 Swindon Primary Schoolboys 'B' squad, a role which I shared with my friend and colleague Ian Dandy.
This season I hope I can justify the faith placed in me in being appointed manager for the Under 9s.

Having been a football fan for many years I decided like many Dads to get involved with coaching the beautiful game when my eldest son became old enough to take part.
That was seven years ago and during this time I have become a Level 1 FA Coach, a member of the GFA Coaches Association and manager/coach of a Cirencester Town age group.
Currently manager of Cirencester Town U12s and coach of Cirencester Town U9s.
Have also embarked on the new FA Age Appropriate Coaching Scheme for ages 5-11.
